THERAPY@HOME
We are pleased to announce that Man Fut Tong Nursing Home has been chosen to be the service provider for the pilot project in the North West CDC wef 1 September 2006. This project is funded by the MCYS and NCSS through "ComCare Enable" for needy Singaporeans.
Therapy@Home is available for the disabled population irrespective of age and for those unable to attend any centre based programme, due to the severity of their disability. The primary objective of the programme is to train the client in areas of Basic Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to achieve independence as well as to train the caregivers of the clients so that they are able to continue with basic care.
Non subsidized charges would be $80 per hourly session. Subsidy of $40 - $60 would be available based on MCYS Means Testing. The balance of $20 - $40 will have to be borne by the clients.
